Step One: Complete the Application
Complete our online application or print it out. Pages 7, 8, and 9 are not fillable online because we need a signature or a notary. Once we receive your application, we will reach out to finish this process.
Step Two: Submit the Application
You can submit your application in a few ways. 1. Our station mailbox 2. Come by, walk in, or ring the doorbell, and speak to someone at the fire company! 3. Email the application to applications@doomsfire.org
Step Three: Meet the Officers
We will schedule a time to meet with you and ask you questions, and let you ask us whatever questions you may have!
